Andy was raised as a Missionary Kid in the Amazon Jungle of Ecuador. He caught Piranhas, shot blowguns, swung machetes through the jungle, and played with pet monkeys and birds! His family moved to Dallas, Texas where he attended high school and college. At Dallas Baptist University, Andy graduated #1 in his Finance major, and played college basketball with Patrick Youngs. Patrick and Andy have teamed up again (20 years later) to start a new ministry.

Professionally, Andy spent 15 years in the field of Corporate Finance at EDS and Accenture (a global technology consulting firm). As Director of Finance, Andy maximized profitability for a high growth division that implemented complex SAP software for fortune 100 companies. The division grew from 174 to 6,000 consultants and expanded to Europe, Asia, and Latin America. During that time, Andy visited more than a dozen countries.

Patrick Youngs

Patrick was born in Greenville, S.C. and lived there until he was 8 years old when his parents moved the family to Richardson, TX, where Patrick was raised. At Dallas Baptist University, Patrick graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing and was a member of the DBU basketball team with Andy Blakeslee. Patrick and Andy have teamed up again (20 years later) to start a new ministry.

Professionally, Patrick has worked the majority of the past 20 years for two separate organizations, Manpower, Inc. and Kelly Services. As a Director of Global Solutions for Kelly, Patrick designs global outsourced solutions that span the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions. Recently, Patrick was recognized by Kelly Services for being the top global sales producer in the organization for 2010.
